Corn - Growth Stage:  Pre-Tassle

The producer here used 8 gallons of Pacific Gro Sea Phos hydrolysate and 20 gallons of compost tea throughout the growing season, spoon-fed three times. There are only 60 units of total nitro-gen on this corn. Despite warm temperatures and lack of precipitation, the corn is very healthy and not stressed. There are no leaf diseases. Pacific Gro Sea Phos provides N in amino acid form, which is plant-available — and it saves the plant energy that would be spent to metabolize other forms of N.
